Tony has over 40 years’ experience in the IT&T Industry, having spent 15 years in OTC (Overseas Telecommunications Commission) working in Engineering,  Operations and IT Departments, 20 years’ as an Entrepreneur in the IT, Network Operational Management and Campaign Management Industry as Founder, Director, CEO and Chairman of Clarity, a Gartner Magic Quadrant OSS Company, and as an independent Director in several technology companies. He is also an appointed Australian Government Business Mentor.

BSc BE Hons MBA (Insead)

With over 10 years experience in in Strategic Planning, Development and Finance. Specializing in Telecom Service Provider acquisitions, joint venture and other investments opportunities. Undertook the Analytics for Merger and Acquisitions of Telstra’s various industry subsidiaries, as well as  equity purchase in various Companies. Developed business cases for major strategic initiatives as well as supported Business Units in the development, content and presentation of their business cases. Assisted in the creation of the strategic front-end to the Telstra Corporate Planning Guidelines; identified frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques for strategic thinking and implanting strategic management within the company. Responsible for Telstra Corporate and Government Global Marketing and Sales in Malaysia. Specialist Engineer - Telecom Data Access Network Engineering and Operations.

Mr Neylon is a commercially astute management professional with over 30 years experience, having a strong IT and Telecom technology background and a sense of responsibility honed by his military background. Mr Neylon’s expertise is in building strategic relationships and negotiating win-win outcomes that create a “line of sight” between today’s products and processes, and tomorrow’s business successes.

His analytical background and broad experience provides a unique ability to balance strategic and tactical demands, and ensure a focus on the end business goals. He has an extensive, accomplishment-filled, history in service delivery, network operations, system development, program delivery and developing new business segments, all incorporating successful stints in steering change and reversing challenging relationships.

Mr Neylon’s greatest value is when he is responsible for tactical and strategic outcomes, and where his technical and operational skills are used to mentor and provide direction; his analytical skills are used in defining organisational strategy and targets; and his informal leadership style provides a secure but challenging environment in which team members flourish.

BE ME

Mr Fagan is an information technology professional with 30 years’ experience including 16 years with Microsoft Corporation, the last10 years at Microsoft’s head office in Redmond, WA, USA. He has in-depth experience in creating and delivering programs to meet corporate objectives in application development, process integration, and change management. 

Since May 2003, Mr Fagan has created and delivered programs responsible for Microsoft Windows source code integrity and access control. This work was both external and internal to Microsoft. Externally, Mr. Fagan was a key contributor to an industry leading strategy on software supply chain security assurance. Internally, Mr. Fagan developed the Microsoft software supply chain policy and compliance program used to secured access to Windows product source code. This compliance program required computer tools and Mr Fagan led the development team and ensured these engineering tools integrated directly into Microsoft’s industrial strength, industry leading, continuous build, and managed release processes. 

In his early years at Microsoft Mr Fagan was a member of Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), and the MCS Practice Manager in Australia prior to accepting a regional Practice Manager position in the US Southwest. These roles involved managing around 40 software development and infrastructure consultants to deliver architecture, design, and implementation services to large Australian and US corporations. Prior to joining Microsoft Corporation in Jan 1995, 

Mr Fagan worked in Australia and the UK in application software development and consulting roles. In one of these roles he was engaged in 1993 by OTC (Overseas Telecommunications Corporation) to establish the software development processes and controls necessary to deliver a real time software application to support a newly established network operations control center.

Mr Heslin is a veteran Telecom Operations and Engineering Expert with solid track record in the deployment of Network Management System and OSS for Next Generation Networks. He is a proven technical leader and Network Management System specialist, able guide and pull together multi skilled teams to meet goals and deadlines.

Mr Heslin has extensive experience with client relationships and expectation fulfilment. Strong work ethic, committed to making things happen. Mr Heslin brings over 35 years’ experience in Senior Roles within telecommunications industry, 8 years as a director of one of Australia’s leading independent consultancy groups. His technical depth is complement by strong financial intelligence and judgement. He has reports and communicates at all levels, CEO, CTO, and Senior Management, in the delivery and integration of Next Generation Networks, Network Management and Operational Support Systems
